Teaching Experience:   
   Aug 2010-2013 Visiting Professor of Creative Writing, Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA      Courses taught include Playwriting, Advanced Playwriting, Screenwriting, Introduction to Creative Writing, Diverse Voices in 21st Century American Theatre, and 20th Century Science Fiction.      Aug 2004-2010 Theatre teacher, Haltom High School and North Oaks Middle School, Haltom City, TX.       Responsibilities included teaching introductory and advanced classes in theatre, including playwriting, acting and directing, and developing curriculum for both high school and middle school programs. Directed all shows for the middle school program and one mainstage show per year at Haltom High School. Assisted with many other aspects of other mainstage shows, including program design, publicity, sound design, and assistant technical direction. Served as playwright-in-residence, writing numerous shows for both schools.  
 Aug 2002-Aug 2003 Head of Theatre Department and English Instructor, Tilton School, Tilton, NH.   Developed theatre curriculum for a private boarding school and directed both mainstage musicals and plays. Taught three sections of English and composition at all high school grade levels. Mentored students and assisted with college applications.   
Aug 2001-Aug 2002 English Instructor and Technical Director of the Theatre Program, Tilton School, Tilton, NH. Taught four sections of English. Set Design and construction for all mainstage shows.
